It's time to complete your Spring 2014 Course Evaluations online.
All students have received an email invitation to complete evaluations for the courses in which they are currently enrolled. You will also receive periodic reminder emails until all evaluations are complete. The last day to submit your evaluations will be Friday, April 25. Be sure to check your email and Jenzabar portal for important information regarding the online course evaluation process. Communities In Schools to hold Parents College Tour
On Saturday, April 26, Communities in Schools’ (CIS) Project L.I.F.T. has invited parents of CIS students to attend a college campus tour at JCSU. Parents will have an opportunity to learn about JCSU’s continuing education program for adults. They will tour the campus, Meet CIS and JCSU administrators, learn about financial assistance options and enjoy lunch on campus.
The Argentine Tango: Milonga Workshop will be held on Saturday, April 26 from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the JCSU Healthplex. This event seeks to introduce participants to the Milonga style of Argentine Tango. Space is limited. The event is free and is open to JCSU students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. Faculty/Staff Appreciation Awards Luncheon
Ronald L. Carter cordially invites faculty and staff to the annual appreciation Awards luncheon at the Hilton Charlotte Center City on Wednesday, May 7 from noon to 2 p.m.
Students in Greenfield Hall collected the most recyclables in the Sustain-A-Bulls recycling drive dorm contest. For their efforts, they will receive an ice cream social, compliments of the JCSU Sustainability Initiative.

Important Update regarding Senior Exit Loan Counseling Sessions
The Senior Exit Loan Counseling Sessions scheduled for April 28 and April 29 have been moved to the J.B Duke Main Library, Room 213. Please review the following schedule for further information regarding these sessions:
Students who are expected to graduate May 4, 2014 and are recipients of Federal Direct Loan funds during their JCSU educational career, are required by federal regulations and JCSU to complete Exit Loan Counseling upon completion of a program of study. To help students meet this requirement, Exit Loan Counseling Sessions will be held in the library on the following dates and times:
April 28, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
April 29, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Students who attend an Exit Loan Counseling Session, will be given Financial Aid clearance for graduation.

HIV/AIDS Testing for the semester has concluded and will reconvene next semester. If you were tested last month, your results are ready for pick-up.
Lost items such as keys, electronics, wallets, etc. should be turned into Campus Police at the front gate of Beatties Ford Road or the office behind the Student Union. If you have lost an item, please check these locations first before reporting the item lost.
