Hello Hello! I hope that your year is going wonderfully!
This month we will be attending a number of humanitarian events, which we we will also be taking part in. We are also preparing for the single release "Always" by our first signed artist Fayah, a conscious Hip-Hop artist from Hawaii. We have some news about our work overseas in the US, a performance in Georgia's State Capitol and a meeting with the Governor, news about a new music distribution service for independent artists, and more.
This newsletter is for anyone interested in the arts and humanity, and for those who wish to see positive examples of art in practice. I hope it hits the spot.  Victory over Violence proclamation with Governor Nathan Deal image by The Usual Suspects LLC |
VICTORY OVER VIOLENCE MONTH
Victory over Violence month will be declared via proclamation by Georgia state Governer on May 1st. Fred "V Man" Watson has been campaigning for years and working with the State to encourage more protection against violence for the community. His story is quite incredible. He has survived some startling attacks and is living testament of human strength. He is a positive humanitarian and a wonderful role model. Tygahoney Music was introduced to Mr Watson by Vmec from Europe, which works closely with the Victory over Violence organisation in the US.
Due to her humanitarian work and music, Danelle Harvey has been invited to perform at The Georgia State Capitol, meet the Governor and participate in the proclamation reading itself. The event will be filmed and wrapped up with Danelle's appearance. She will sing and perform on guitar and also give a talk.
Enjoy Victory over Violence month. Let's continue to make a positive difference in our world promoting and exemplifying non violence.

MEETING WITH THE BRITISH CONSULATE-GENERAL

Here is a little taster of the upcoming debut single by our new artist, Fayah. He is a conscious Hip-Hop artist from Hawaii. Multi-talented, he also sings and plays guitar, and was recently featured on a radio show dedicated to National Poetry month. He is currently in studio finishing his debut album.
We think that this laid back song with good vibes definitely has what it takes to be a summer anthem, do you?

LIVE SHOWS
Danelle Harvey will end the current leg of her east coast US tour in Atlanta before heading back to the UK. She will be performing at festivals and humanitarian events there throughout the month of May.
She has been confirmed to play the main stage at Sweet Auburn Music Festival on 18th May. At the time of press, she is also set to perform at the Martin Luther King Jnr Renaissance Music Festival and The Auburn Spring Festival
