Build a tiny house instead of a guesthouse!
Tiny houses are a good solution for guesthouses, or as extra office space or studio. They're an excellent source for additional income stream. They don't require building permits (because they are on wheels), they cost far less ($20k-$50k), and they can be built in a few months!
