Enough Already With the PUZZLE BALLS!

I know. I can't seem to stop.

Let me just share one more. Mom would have been 91 today. She loved to dye stamp and paint fabric. She even had two lines of quilting fabric printed with Marcus Brothers. That was her new career after she hit 70 and before the Alzheimer's hit her.

While making all the "normal" Amazing Puzzle Balls I kept a list of all the "funny" puzzle balls I wanted to make.

OK, so look at the images. They're not butterflies. They're moths. So.... (wait for it)... this is my Moth Ball.

It gets worse. There are more:

▪ Straight pins, diaper pins, T-pins, push pins, safety pins.....PIN BALL
▪ Sea shells, footprints in the sand, waves, sand castles....BEACH BALL

You're getting this right? OK, I need your help. I've got ears of corn, candy corn, Indian corn....can anybody out there get me some popcorn?! (Popped or un-popped, I don't care.) Then I'll be able to make my....CORN BALL!

Hi. Dog here. And to the left. Click on the picture to see me in a video. We had a freak hail storm (are they ever planned?) and I ran all over the yard trying to pick up all the little cold, white balls.

She Left!

It's me again. Scooter. Mom just left for the airport. She's teaching for the Prairie Star Quilt Guild in St. Charles, IL. She wanted me to finish up the newsletter for her.

She she has a lot of teaching jobs lined up for this summer. Michigan, Missouri, Indiana, and Nebraska. And that just gets us to July. Please don't hire her for any more teaching stuff. Don't go to her website for more information either. SiIT! STAY! (away from AmiSimms.com)

Dad's coming. I have to go. I love you, everybody. But I already miss Mom.
