Bringing in the new year with a focus on health.... As the new year begins, often we make the decision to bring things back to center in our lives. Finding balance is easier than it looks; here are my suggestions on that elusive tipping point to inner harmony.

Set a few do-able goals you can keep. (forget resolutions- they fade fast)

Here are a few examples:
- Start each day with water. The goal is to drink half your body weight in ounces each day.
- Eat greens in two of your meals every day.
- Perform a healthy act of self care every day. It can be one yoga posture per day, or one hour of cardio per day.
- Take regular breaks from all media. Dr. Andrew Weil says "less news, more flowers".
