Shannon Passero
If you were at the International Women's Day luncheon earlier this month in Niagara Falls, chances are you seen us and sampled some of our themed Buddha Balls, named in tribute to the guest speaker, Shannon Passero's Neon Buddha clothing line. Shannon really is an inspiration for women, globally. If you don't know her story, take some time to learn about the cool things she is doing to empower women in Thailand and experience her amazing, comfortable, stylish clothing yourself.
Shannon is a local Welland girl with two national clothing brands that has situated her clothing business and design studio in the historical Thorold Fire Hall. The building itself is worth a visit. The bonus is what you'll find inside; incredibly helpful staff, great wears, beautiful fabrics, many that have been handcrafted in Thailand by empowered women (thanks to Shannon) and vibrant colours. A delight for all of your senses! Drop in, scope it out, play around with some new styles and feel great knowing that you are contributing to ethical practices that help women in Thailand be self sustainable as you look and feel FABULOUS.
