Zanjabee is happy to announce a series of workshops to help you cook and eat healthy, based on the time-proven principles of Ayurveda. Our in house Ayurvedic expert Pratibha Shah, demonstrates simple yet tasty recipes and engages you in cooking methods that give you the motivation to cook more often.

These workshops impart an inside knowledge of herbs and spices so that you can use them appropriately daily as well as seasonally, keeping in mind the varying predominance of the elemental energies.

Indian Cooking Breads - Roti, Paratha and Puri

We want bread to be tasty and satisfying. Nutritionists tell us to eat whole grain bread with no preservatives. Yet the supermarket has few if any whole wheat options without any preservatives. And they all tend to be blah.

Join Dr. Shah to learn how simple it is to make scrumptious and healthy Indian Breads in the comfort of your own kitchen. This is a hands-on workshop to teach the ingredients and technique that go into making three different types of Indian breads - each a perfection in its own right.
