Student fights for migrant farmworkers’ rights

For MSW student Jennie Wilburn, educating others about the living and working conditions of migrant farmworkers has become a full-time passion and nearly a full-time job. Wilburn is helping to bring attention to injustices in the agriculture industry through work with two North Carolina organizations. Read story

On Jan. 30, our School welcomed a visiting delegation of faculty from the East China University of Science and Technology, School of Social and Public Administration.

The two Schools have worked together for several years to provide faculty and students opportunities to study abroad and collaborate with international peers on research and other academic activities. Read story
